VB-2 is a flexible, odorless and lightweight mineral filled vinyl-copolymer damping sheet. It has twice the damping and less than half the weight of asphalt damping materials and the ability to handle continuous temperatures to 250° F. For heavy duty damping requirements, VB-2HD is the perfect material. Both models feature a modified acrylic peel and stick adhesive that does not require the use of a heat gun for installation and are ideal for damping sheet-metal, plastic, fiberglass and wood. VB-2 thickness: .040″. VB-2HD thickness: .075″.
